About this Exhibit:
Inspired by Shenandoah spans a variety of media, ranging from video, music, and textiles to painting and photography. Over the last seven years, the Trust has funded 25 Artists-in-Residence in Shenandoah. We are committed to supporting the work of artists who wish to deepen their relationship with Shenandoah National Park and incorporate their love of nature and public lands into their artistic practice.
The Inspired by Shenandoah exhibit is the culmination of a collaboration between ART 180 and the Trust during summer 2022. This exhibit will feature work inspired by Shenandoah National Park from 10 former Artists-in-Residence.
ART 180 is located at 114 W. Marshall Street, Richmond, VA 23220. The exhibit is free to the public, opening November 4th and on display until December 4th.
We are hosting a Cocktail Reception at ART 180 on Friday, Nov. 4th from 4:30-6:00pm. The gallery will be open to the public from 6-9pm. Register for this event below!
